Craven Get Out The Vote (GOTV) Coalition's Voter Registration / Election Training will be held Tuesday, August 25.

Join them at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of New Bern (308 Meadows Street) beginning at 6 pm.

New material will be presented as well as a review of registration activities.

• Best practices for doing voter registration
• Checking if a person’s voter registration is up to date
• Absentee Ballots: Explanation of process
• Information on Early Voting Plans
• Action plans for voter registration, education and mobilization
• Updates on election legislation and proposed changes
