Both the chair and vice chair of each precinct are required to attend.  If neither can attend, precincts may send a proxy after notifying CCDP Chair Linda Moore.  

The proposed agenda is as follows:

1. Precinct organization.  In particular if any precincts need to cluster in order to maintain the viability of that precinct, please notify the First Vice Chair (Dave Super) in advance of this meeting.  We will also discuss some important aspects about leadership of precinct clusters.
